Project Spotlight: LakeShore Towers Marina, Racine, Wisconsin
A new wave of waterfront access has arrived in Racine, Wisconsin. Meeco Sullivan is proud to have partnered with the LakeShore Towers Marina to deliver a state-of-the-art marina that is now ready to welcome boaters from across Wisconsin and Illinois.
A Collaborative Vision
Located on the scenic shores of Lake Michigan, LakeShore Towers set out to create more than just a place to dock. They envisioned a premium marina experience that would enhance both resident amenities and regional boating access. Led by the LakeShore and Marina Association supported by consultants from Edgewater Resources, this project was shaped through collaboration, precision, and a shared commitment to quality.
David Schiel, President of the LakeShore Towers Marina Association, shared:
“It has been an extreme pleasure working with Meeco Sullivan every step of this project. From the initial sale, to design, to completion, we have been happy with Meeco Sullivan.”
