McAlester, OK—Meeco Sullivan announces the completion of phase one at Murray Harbor marina.  Situated in the south central area of Oklahoma, the 5,700 acre lake is now home to a second marina. The excitement has been surrounding this project since its inception was announced; we are proud of the role that Meeco Sullivan has played in this marina. With the first phase’s completion, Murray Harbor is already looking to the horizon of the next phase.

Phase one features 214 slips including rental, fuel, and courtesy slips. These slips are both covered and uncovered to accommodate varying boat styles and sizes. Murray Harbor opted for a 12 inch Meeco Sullivan steel frame with exposed aggregate concrete decking. Due to the depth of water in this part of Lake Murray, Meeco Sullivan implemented a telescoping anchor for use in 50 foot water depths. While the area around the lake has an abundance of natural beauty, this posed a challenge for selecting a roof color that would not take away from the surrounding scenery.
