McAlester, OK— MEECO SULLIVAN, The Marina Company, has brought together the expertise and experience of two long time suppliers to the marina and dock system industry—Sullivan Flotation Systems and Atlantic-Meeco. Steve Sullivan, CEO and President of MEECO SULLIVAN, announced the addition of two seasoned industry professionals to the management team.
Jim Mason has joined the company as National Sales, Marketing & Business Development Manager. Mr. Mason has been involved in the marina and waterfront equipment industry since 2008. Most recently he served as a Territory Sales Manager and then as National Sales Manager for Shoremaster handling both residential and commercial product lines. Prior to that, he spent over 20 years in various sales management roles with both Arctic Cat and Starrett.
In his new role at Meeco Sullivan Jim looks forward to the opportunity of helping these two strong brands come together as Meeco Sullivan and compete aggressively for every marina and dock project. In addition, he is creating a process driven sales approach that delivers faster turnaround times for proposals and quotes while delivering the best customer experience in the industry. Ralph Morley has joined the company as Division Manager of the Meeco Division operations in McAlester, OK.
Ralph brings over 25 years of diverse marina industry experience to Meeco Sullivan and its customers which includes sales, marketing, construction and project management with all types of marine projects ranging in size from $10k to $2m. He has also held senior level positions with Marine Development, Inc. and Shoremaster, Inc. Over his career Ralph has become well-versed in the complexities of marina construction as well as the day-to-day operational and management duties required to meet customer expectations and run a profitable business. His previous experience includes a period as Division Sales Manager for Atlantic Meeco and now that he has joined Meeco Sullivan as Division Manager of the McAlester, Oklahoma facility, he will have full operational responsibility for the manufacturing, field installation and repair operations.
Ralph is a current board member of the Marina Association of Texas and is excited to be part of the Meeco Sullivan team that is committed to delivering not only the best marina products but also the best value in the industry.
